Black Star Apollo 100 Universal Counter Timer x2 - Not Really A Repair But It's Working!

I've had these 2 Black Star Apollo 100 Counters for a while now, one works and the other I recall had some sort of fault stopping it from working properly. After a bit of fiddling around and cleaning switches etc. it burst into life! Still not sure exactly why but it's still working now so I'll count that as a result!
