Most of you probably have already heard or noticed that 3D prints made with a bigger nozzle are stronger, but why is this? I've tested prints with a 0.4mm and a 0.8mm for their strength to find exactly that out! As a bonus I've also tested if you can avoid changing nozzles and just use wider extrusions instead. To get the full potential from bigger nozzles make sure that your hotend is able to cope with the additional flow.
