Bennett Brook Railway Diesels Part 3 Rosalie and Maylands
In this final installment, we will:
(1) Witness Rosalie, in the livery she entered service here at the Bennett Brook Railway, then in her "new" colour scheme which she is now wearing (late 2021), and filmed 30 January 2022 on a trial run after her major overhaul; motor, transmission and wheels being replaced. This new livery is believed to be how she looked when she was working at the Isis Sugar Mill in Queensland (A stand-alone version will shortly follow containing much more footage)
(2)The segment on Maylands is almost identical to my stand-alone version here on YouTube, but with the addition of more historical information.
Once again, feel free to add to our knowledge on these locomotives in the comments section. In the future, I plan to film and post any new developments on the Bennett Brook Railway as they occur.
(3) An important footnote: I have been informed that the photos I labelled ""Weston Langford?" were actually taken by JIM BISDEE. Thanks for the information, and to Jim for recording our history.
