Being A Real Snoop

The plaintiff says she rented a room from the defendant, and she claims he would go into her room, snoop around, and lounge on her couch. He even spotted in her bra, so she moved out and is suing him. The defendant claims the plaintiff smoked in her room in violation of the rules, and says she’s a professional rent scammer.
