Bees Fly Free At Air Bee N Bee! In this video I remove bees from a bird house on location & transfer them into a "Nuc" or rather Nucleus hive, a 5 frame beehive. In most states, Louisiana included, it is illegal to keep bees in any type of set up that does not have removable frames. Naturally, this beehive had to be transferred into standard beekeeping equipment with removable frames. I had permission from the home owner to do whatever I desired with the bird house. Hopefully this explanation of things will give you insight as to why I did what I did. The bees were & still are a very gentle bee colony. They were given a new queen & currently reside in Gonzales, Louisiana.
