Beacon of the North: Sanctuary Hills | FO4 Settlement Build

Hello everyone!! This is my take on Sanctuary Hills for this play-through. I usually put off Sanctuary for awhile, because it’s hard for me to build at. Something about the super prebuilt settlements just don’t spark a lot of creativity in me- but I’m really happy with how it came out this time!! I didn’t want to build too big, and instead give the impression that the town will grow to take over the whole neighborhood in time.
