Balancing Yoga Teaching and Career | Momoyoga Community Chat #5 Miriam Zendle - LIT Yoga
In this fifth episode of the Community chats, Miriam Zendle from LIT Yoga shares her view on teaching inclusive yoga classes. She teaches yoga next to her full-time job in digital management.
She is particularly passionate about teaching postnatal and pregnancy yoga. Having completed pediatric first aid training, her goal is to make her classes a safe and inclusive space for all. Miriam believes that yoga is for everyone, and she is committed to making it accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their schedule or financial situation.
Learn why it’s essential to empower students to do what feels right for their bodies and not to follow a prescribed sequence. To encourage your students to modify poses and to take breaks when they need to. And why mindfulness and breathing should be integral parts of your classes.
