Autocratic Leadership Style

Autocratic leadership is one of the three leadership styles. In this video, we'll look at its definition, examples, characteristics, and skills. We see this authoritarian style exaggerated in movies but in real life management, the autocratic leadership style has both strengths and weaknesses.
