I wanted to make an AD or Attack Decay as well as the AR we did in the last episode. I spent a lot of time trying to get a design by Osamu Hoshiyama to work, but failed unfortunately with that. So instead I found this schematics on Electro-music.com. This is a design by "Phobos" using a 555 timer ic, which is used in many Envelope Generators. I like the AD Envelope as it completes its envelope cycle no matter how long the input gate or trigger was.
