ASMR Measuring & Adjusting You | Head Turning, Bone Cracking, Orthopedic Exam
Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come into our orthopedic department today because you are post-op spinal surgery. Your doctor will examine you by testing your reflexes, your sensation, range of motion and muscle tone as well as taking some measurements to check your symmetry. She will then do some adjustments to help improve your alignment and healing. Part of this video was inspired by Gentle Whispering and ASMR Peaches. I really love the perspective they use and thought it would be neat to apply it to medical ASMR. I know everyone knows Maria, haha, but if you haven't checked out ASMR Peaches, I highly recommend her channel!!! I adore her accent and hand movements. 0:00 Intro 0:10 Doctor comes in, getting your recent history 2:49 Putting on gloves 3:13 Testing your coordination 5:16 Testing your sensation, pinwheel (eyes closed) 10:46 Testing your range of motion, turning your head, adjustments 13:54 Palpating your neck muscles 15:24 Standing up, checking your alignment; palpating, measuring 22:07 Adjustments with clicky adjuster 25:02 Scoliosis Meter 26:27 More measuring 27:08 More adjusting 30:44 Sitting back down 32:07 Testing your reflexes 34:47 Typing a note to your physical therapist 36:05 Finishing up before you go Links: ⭐ Spotify: https://sptfy.com/OZ57 ⭐ Apple Music: https://apple.co/44H5khL ⭐ Other alt listening platforms: https://ffm.to/thecozyhospital ⭐️ Instagram: @thecozyhospital ⭐ Facebook: / thecozyhospital Please be aware that this video is a role play intended for entertainment, relaxation, sleep aid and ASMR purposes. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, educate or accurately depict issues or illnesses or procedures. Many of the procedures are altered for ASMR purposes and because I'm not filming in an actual medical facility. (Some of them are completely fictional they just involve neat sounds.) Please consult your doctor or a reputable health care source if you have any health questions or concerns. ______________ What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
