ASB #3 - Story Points Vs Hours (the real story)

In this edition we explore one of the most misunderstood concepts in Agile - story points. We've all been conditioned to give absolute estimates - for example, this feature will take me 3 weeks to complete. Story points, on the other hand are a relative measure of size and complexity. This is the crux of people's misunderstanding, and in this video we'll explore why comparative estimation is more likely to lead to better estimates than absolute estimation.
