Are corrective actions inaction a problem?
So, you've completed your investigation, provided a report complete with good constructive corrective actions. Now you are experiencing inaction for what you thought were good corrective actions. What do you do? Is there anything you can do? There are some answers, however, there are some steps you need to put in place so that corrective actions aren't stalled and get implemented in a timely manner.
It isn't necessarily about playing office politics but there is a little diplomacy needed. Let's have a look!
