Architectural Collection Highlights // Curator Confidential
Marilyn Kushner, curator and head of New-York Historical’s Department of Prints, Photographs, and Architectural Collections, goes on a deep dive into our architectural collections, which are made up of more than 500,000 drawings dating from the late-18th century through the present. This first of three presentations with Marilyn features collection highlights including the original McKim, Mead and White drawings for the Morgan Library, a watercolor rendition of the intended swimming pool of the famed Woolworth Building, and exceptional Ecole des Beaux Arts student drawings.
