Bonjour! How are you feeling today? What’s new in your side of the world?! Welcome back to our little part of the world. Jeni here! I’m in unfamiliar yet familiar territory back in Paris, France where we are spending 2 weeks in our apartment. The reason why we needed to return was to put our apartment back on the real estate market! It didn’t have luck selling when we were in agreement to buy our forever home in the country side so we used that time to rent it out instead in hopes that the real estate market would improve. We hope for a swift sale. Please send us all your good vibes and wishes. Our lease agreement with our tenants went well and the walk through successful. We worked 3 days repairing the kitchen ceiling, pipes and touching up paint in various places. We’d like to leave this place a blank canvas to help others visualize this space and create their stamp for it. Thus far we’ve had a few showings and are anticipating more visits as the new week progresses… I’ve been honing in on all the shiny bits while visiting the city so enjoy the video and stay tuned for updates on our Etsy shop also named @Frenchcountryfriends and for more videos in the near future with our latest finds.
