In this episode, we ride further up into the Sierra Madres and have an unfortunate encounter with a shifty kid looking to steal our phones. It was a spooky moment, but in the end, nothing happened. The threat of danger stayed with me all day, however. I've been robbed before (machete encounter in Guatemala) and it's scary as hell. I like to think that Mira Magic got us out of this debacle.
