AgileByExample 2024: Tomasz Maj – The Great Product Organization Equation

Based on on survey of almost 4000 people across the world, in diverse roles and from different sized company, I can boldly say that there is an equation to a successful product organization. It is quite simple: “you need happy employees that understand the org mission and measure value to have a successful product organization.” Based on the survey results and interviews with successful (and some less) product organizations we determined typical characteristics we see when organizations excel at these three and what are the pitfalls that everybody can avoid during their journey.
