Abandoned Volvo 240 - Will it Run?

We dragged this sad little 1984 Volvo 244 GL out of the woods a couple weeks ago and gave it a bath. Much to our surprise there was a VERY nice car under all that dirt and debris!!! Today we wind out if it will run, delete the fuel injection in favor of a carburetor AND give it some temporary exhaust!!
