A level Business - Motivation Theory

This A level Business revision video examines the topic of motivation theory, a topic on each of the different A level Business curriculums. We'll investigate how to answer the exam questions of ''why a motivated workforce is beneficial' and 'how a business should try and motivate its employees'.
