When mischeivous Chester steals a bust of Elvis Presley from his government teacher with the help of his friend Thom in an attempt to bargain his way out of having to take an exam, mutual friends Jerome and Rob are blamed for the theft, igniting a cat and mouse chase between the faculty and the accused.
