A bird's eye view of neural networks

This video series will be based on some presentations I've created for a class I'm teaching to policy students at Tufts on AI. The goal of the presentations is to describe AI concepts in sufficient detail so that students with backgrounds outside computing can understand them enough to make informed decisions and assessments about the technology. I figured these might be valuable to others, so I'll try to record them and post.
