6:30am cozy and productive morning routine in seoul ᯓ★
this year, i wanted to build healthier, more consistent routines to avoid burnout. thought i'd share a bit of that—journaling, daily movement, and visiting my favorite local cafes. i’ve found that simple and sustainable routines work best. i started with small habits i could do in just a few minutes and gradually built from there. instead of overwhelming myself, i focus on 3-5 core habits daily. i don’t follow every habit every day, but i make sure to write morning pages, make my bed, go on a morning walk, and stretch. the rest depends on how i feel in the moment.
