454 BIG BLOCK CHEVY Brutally Destroyed BAD Engine Teardown! Was This Intentional Or Pure Negligence?

I have been hunting for the right big block Chevrolet engine to teardown for this channel and I finally found one! I do really like the simplicity of this engine but that didn't stop someone from destroying this one! This is only a common failure IF someone lets it be. Most people stop long before it gets this bad. Do you think this was intentional? or just ignorance/negligence? Either way this engine's days are OVER.
