3dfx Voodoo 3 2000 - My first attempt to fix a BGA chip!

A Voodoo 3 2000 AGP has been damaged by a sharp object right below the heatsink. Most likely, someone tried to get the heatsink off and in the process, damaged the BGA substrate. I will try to fix this card today, but I feel like I am taking on a project that is way above my capabilities.
