It started as a way for me to visualize my feelings and emotions in real time. I began painting on rocks (mandala dotting) and very small canvases. My first series was my emotions. I was encouraged to 'sit and chat' with each one as it came up, in real time, and I found the exercise profoundly healing. It motivated me to delve deeper into art and thus began my journey to find my 'artsy' side lol. So, at the tender age of 53, I did just that!
