I started surfing in the early ’90s and have constructed a way to keep time in the water year after year. Over the years I have had tons of boards. Some I kept for weeks and some still to this day. With all the boards I have had there is one thing that is consistent. My peers' curiosity about what I am surfing and what I think about it. I am asked “ How do you like that fin ” and “ Do you think I would dig it. ” I try to explain in between sets but usually we lose each other in the elements and never finish the conversation. So with my love of all things surf craft and some help from my friends I decided to start The Surf Craft Union. An online surfboard review to keep my exploration into alternative design fresh, but most importantly to give feedback from my perspective.
