3 Days in the San Juan Mountains (Overlanding the Alpine Loop) [ep 138]

Three days, three nights, 11 people, and 177 miles on dirt summiting four high-elevation mountain passes. With our staging area in Lake City, CO, we made our way up and over Cinnamon Pass, California Pass, Hurricane Pass, and Corkscrew pass. We would hit asphalt for just 15 miles circling back up through Silverton, through Eureka Gulch, and up and over Engineer Pass, ending with a 40 mile overland route as we head back East towards home.
