A short talk about my experience with social media, from using it everyday to deleting forever. Once I realized how little time we as humans have on this earth and how much I spent it on apps like Instagram and tik tok, I decided to delete these apps to spend my time more wisely. After three months of FOMO and desperation, I eventually got used to it and noticed changes in my behavior that led me to never installing those apps again and taking back control of my time.
