❓ What is Pomodoro?
Pomodoro is a working/studying style developed by Francesco Cirillo. Instead of inefficiently slouching on the table or bed for the whole day, you get intervals of work and break in-between. The most common Pomodoro style is 25/5, meaning 25 minutes of studying/working and 5 minutes of break.
🤔 How does Pomodoro help? First, it reduces the external obstruction of your focus and workflow. Second, it hurries your a** up. In other words, it gives you the sense of urgency, that you only have 25 minutes to wrap up the current state of work before you move onto something else.
