Four banana bros in the novice team class, which turns out allowed up to 6 riders, so we were at a disadvantage from the start. The team pushed hard, throwing down some heater laps to put us in 4th place out of 41 teams in our class after 38 laps of the 12-mile course in 24:23:22.019 hours.
