2009 Cummins Onan Generator 4000 RV QG Not Starting Fix

I recently purchased a 2009 Jayco Greyhawk Motorhome and as soon as I get it home the Cummins Onan 4000 RV QG Generator will not start. After a futile search for a mechanic to look at it and/or even work with my extended warranty insurance company was not going to happen. So I fixed it myself with just a little commend sense.
