$200 CBR600rr Wrecked Bike Rebuild (PT. 2 Wheel replacement/ First ride)

I purchased a 2009 CBR600rr off a guy for $200!!!!! the catch was the bike was wrecked, not running, title-less, and missing many pieces. In this build series you'll see me take a cheap bike and make it into a cheap street legal custom BEAST! In this video I replace the front wheel, install all the brakes, tig weld on the cover, then was able to ride it around the block!
