However, although it's an incredible warmup for developing rudiments, coordination, wrist and finger technique, it's not really a brush warmup. I've always been of the belief that brushes do what sticks cannot, and that is to sweep! It's what makes them unique. But I don't really know of any warm-ups that include lateral movement. So I thought I would create one.
