1983 BMW R80 Scrambler Build

After watching @Bay City Restorations BMW R80 build, I had to have one for myself :). I found a donor bike in September 2020 and did this build over the winter. The donor bike was in an amazing condition and the motor was immaculate. No expense has been spared on this build, including a full electronics replacement with MotoGadget systems, VAPE CDI ignition, super light lithium battery... and a very long list of upgrades. What's not obvious from the video, is that I also did a full maintenance job i.e. all bearings replaced, carb's rebuilt, all fluids, fork seals, etc. etc. I also did quite a bit of custom fabrication, mostly consisting of 3D printing parts, and then "skinning" them in carbon fiber.
