150 YEARS and COUNTING! Fixing an ANCIENT guitar
This unique "Renaissance Style" guitar is AT LEAST 150 years old and still going strong. With its last service having occurred in 1944, it seemed like it might be time to get it back up to snuff for the new millennium! Sloped shoulders, spruce over maple, and most likely from Markneukirchen Germany, this is a rare body style that has been the occasional inspiration of CF Martin, J G Stouffer, and Karl August Glaesel...perhaps others, but none that I have yet to discover. It was my pleasure to bring this back to life and I do hope you enjoy the video! thanks for watching!
