''Midnight printing'' In this print I tried to create the classic Ukijo-e look, using lino. This was my first attempt at a small multilayer linocut print so I wanted to document it. In the process, I created more layers than I expected - as I was going, the image was constantly changing. Next time I could probably plan more carefully and save some time. I made a set of 20 prints. This print was made for The Awagami International Mini-Print Exhibition (‘A.I.M.P.E’) Japan. In this video I used Cranfield's Caligo Safe wash relief inks - Extender, Black, Process Blue, Napthol Red.
