Tomato pachi mirchi pachadi. 200” grams green chillies. 5” chopped tomatoes. Kadai on stove. Add the green chillies. Add the chopped tomatoes. 1” glass of water. 1” tbls of salt. 1/2” tbls turmeric powder. Lemon size of tamarind. Mix well. Cook for 4-6” minutes. Perfect boiling. Stove off. Add the boiling green chillies in a mixture stone. Crush them. 1” tbls of salt. 1” tbls of cumin seeds. 6” ps. Garlic. Add the boiling tamarind. Add the boiling tomatoes. Mix well. Grind. Add the onion. Grind into a fine paste. Perfect paste. Transfer the blended paste in a bowl. Kadai on stove. 1” tbls of oil. 1” tbls of buy seeds. 6” garlic. Roast. 4” red chillies.
