How to True a bike wheel - Without fancy tools

True your bike wheel with minimal tools while on the road - a how to! A few weeks back I popped a spoke but really wanted to go biking the next day and I did a rushed job of putting in the new one. Today I'm going to check over how true my wheel is (it's not!) and attempt to straighten it with a zip tie (cable tie), a scissors and a spoke wrench or multi tool. I have never done this before so this could be a "how to" or "follow along" type video for those who want to do it themselves.
